What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we aren't the initial seller so you must contact and/or make reference to the actual sellers terms for returns individually.

Alternative party Seller Returns Policies

Most sellers have a returns policy corresponding to our own, some seller returns policies could differ. Each seller's return policy is available on the seller's website. Handling and shipping charges for returning items shipped by the seller are borne via the buyer.

Items worth over have to be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is worth 0 or more, insure the shipment for the value of this product and ship your return using a signature shipping service. For items below , we recommend USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: In case a package doesn't arrive and you do not use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you might not be eligible for a refund.

UPS Pickups

Once you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to the address with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Ensure that you've described the defect, damage, or error including that with the returned package. If the original packaging is available, return the product in this particular packaging. To help avoid complications with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels that are still on the box.
